PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The Administrator processes the User's personal data for the following purposes:

  1. to carry out marketing activities (including direct marketing),
  2. to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator,
  3. to perform tasks in the public interest (e.g., tasks related to public safety or defense),
  4. to store tax documentation,
  5. to secure and pursue claims, or to protect against claims of the User or third parties

III. TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED

The Administrator processes the following personal data:

  • User's name and surname,
  • mailing address,
  • email address,
  • telephone number,
  • tax identification number (NIP)

LEGAL BASIS

Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1–88, ("GDPR").

  • The Administrator processes personal data only after obtaining the User's consent.
  • Consent to the processing of personal data is entirely voluntary.

USER RIGHTS

  • The User may at any time request information from the Controller regarding the scope of personal data processing.
  • The User may at any time request the correction or rectification of their personal data.
  • The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time, without providing a reason.
  • The request not to process their data may concern a specific processing purpose indicated by the User, or apply to all data processing purposes. Withdrawal of consent will not affect any actions already taken.
  • The User may at any time request, without providing a reason, that the Controller delete their data. The request to delete data will not affect any actions taken previously.
  • The User may at any time object to the processing of their personal data, both with respect to all of the User's personal data processed by the Controller, as well as only to a limited extent, e.g., regarding processing for a specifically indicated purpose. The objection will not affect any actions already taken. The User may request the restriction of the processing of personal data, either for a specified period of time or indefinitely, but within a specified scope. This request will not affect any actions already taken.
  • The User may request that the Controller transfer the User's personal data being processed to another entity. To do so, the User should submit a request to the Controller, specifying the entity to which the User's personal data should be transferred and the specific data the User wishes the Controller to transfer. After the User confirms their request, the Controller will electronically transfer the User's personal data to the indicated entity. Confirmation of the request by the User is necessary for the security of the User's personal data and to ensure that the request comes from an authorized person.
  • The Controller will inform the User of the actions taken within one month of receiving one of the requests listed in the previous sections.

PERSONAL DATA STORAGE PERIOD

  1. In principle, personal data is stored only as long as necessary to fulfill the contractual or statutory obligations for which it was collected. This data will be deleted immediately if its storage is no longer necessary, for evidentiary purposes, in accordance with civil law, or in connection with statutory retention obligations.
  2. Information regarding the contract is stored for evidentiary purposes for a period of three years, starting from the end of the year in which the business relationship with the User ended. Data deletion will take place after the statutory limitation period for asserting contractual claims has expired.
  3. Furthermore, the controller may retain archival information regarding concluded transactions, as its storage is related to the User's claims, e.g., warranty claims. If no contract has been concluded between the User and the Owner, the User's personal data are stored until the User requests deletion, withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, or objects to the processing of such data.

VII. TRANSFERRING PERSONAL DATA TO OTHER ENTITIES

  1. The Administrator may entrust the processing of personal data to entities cooperating with the Administrator, to the extent necessary to complete the transaction, e.g., to prepare the ordered goods and deliver parcels.
  2. Apart from the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, Users' personal data will not be shared in any way with third parties or transferred to other entities.
  3. The personal data of Website Users is not transferred outside the European Union.
  4. This Privacy Policy complies with the provisions of Article 13, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the GDPR.
